1. Which products can be returned?
We only accept returns of new, unopened products. Clearance items cannot be returned.
2. Return period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Item condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
4. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at gaaaelectronic@gmail.com. with your order number. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation and package the items securely.
5. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. They are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
No exchanges are accepted at this time. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
